Southwest Photography Workshops
The desert is calling and there is no better way to experience it than on our Southwest Photo Workshops! With some of the darkest night skies in the lower 48, the Southwest is a mecca for Milky Way photography. Venture off the beaten path as we take you on a 4WD adventure to remote and fascinating destinations. Explore the whimsical hoodoos of Bryce Canyon or peer down the vast depths of the Grand Canyon at Toroweep. Hike the Narrows at Zion or wiggle your way through an undulating slot canyon. Hop aboard a houseboat and photograph beautiful Lake Powell or capture the otherwordly badlands with your drone. Or get the adrenaline racing with a storm chasing adventure! The desert offers so much variety - you'll want to come back again and again.
Our workshops are designed to maximize your learning and your photo opportunities. With local expertise and skilled weather forecasting, we get you to the best locations at the best times. . Our photo workshops are not laid-back trips. We'll be hard at work getting up early and staying out late for the best light. When possible, we try to include night photography too! We keep group sizes small to ensure plenty of individual attention and incorporate post-processing training and image critique to take your photos to the next level! But most importantly, expect to have lots of fun! Come join us in the field for your next photography adventure in Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, and overseas.
